Included in this rental figure is a British Gas Home Care policy which provides 24 hour emergency call out service covering gas and plumbing. A quarterly gardening service is also provided. Utility bills and council tax are not included in any of the rents unless stated otherwise.

An excellent and friendly support team provide rapid response on general maintenance issues. This includes plumbers, electricians, carpenters and roofers.
